Music Clip of the Day: Swordland from the SAO OST
Yes, I’m totally starting this new segment of my blog with this song because I just saw the trailer for English dub of SAO and my heart skipped a beat when I heard this theme play in it. It’s a really epic theme in my opinion that I can imagine playing for almost anything—a battle scene, a morphing or transformation sequence, a final attack… Pretty much a jack-of-all-trades type of song for anything concerning a fight.
I think the most epic scene from SAO that had this theme was probably when Kirito used the skill «Star Burst Stream» on the Gleam Eyes in the Red-Eyed Demon. That was the same scene where he revealed his «Dual Blades» skill and me being the dual wielding fanatic that I am, lost my shit when I saw him pull out that second sword and then use it.
I save my iPod for Hardstyle, House, and Electro due to limited space, but if I had more room I’d definitely have this on it and play it whenever I feel like being epic XD

Buffy The Vampire Slayer 7x22 Chosen
“So here’s the part where you make a choice. What if you could have that power, now? In every generation, one Slayer is born, because a bunch of men who died thousands of years ago made up that rule. They were powerful men. This woman is more powerful than all of them combined. So I say we change the rule. I say my power, should be our power. Tomorrow, Willow will use the essence of this scythe to change our destiny. From now on, every girl in the world who might be a Slayer, will be a Slayer. Every girl who could have the power, will have the power. Can stand up, will stand up. Slayers, every one of us. Make your choice. Are you ready to be strong?”
